We are delighted to be able to train under level 5 restrictions, all our teams are working hard at getting match ready. We are looking forward to restrictions being lifted so we can get back to playing matches. Our academy is up and running on Saturday mornings and the kids are having great fun and learning lots along the way.

Stamullen FC gives back

.Our members have been doing great work helping different communities and raising funds for charities.

Stamullen FC was involved in ‘a lending hand’ by collecting hats, scarves and gloves to donate to the homeless community. We would like to thank Amanda Smyth and Sharon Keogan for their help with this. We would like to thank all our members who donated so generously and a special mention has to go to stitch it brand it who are always so generous in supporting us and donated lots of amazing hats, gloves and snoods to the Lending hand appeal. Thank you so much.

U15 girls Update

The Stamullen FC Under 15 Girls are thriving even through the Covid period, and we even extended a very warm welcome to a new player in recent weeks. Although we aren’t playing matches, we continue to train twice per week within the guidelines set out for us by the authorities.

Hoping to build on our success of last season, the girls are keeping their fitness and skills sharp for when things resume again, hopefully in the not too distant future. We’ve just moved to our new pitches within the grounds of Gormanston College where our matches will be played, and with the beautiful old college buildings in the distance, we must have the most picturesque pitches in the league!

Most of the girls have been together for a number of years now, but that doesn’t mean we’re not looking for new signings and if any girl born in 2006 who would like to join the friendliest team in girls football they can contact Ali Brennan on 087 612 5466 or Joe O’Sullivan on 087 231 1255.
