Stamullen FC – January 2021

Club news

We had a very exciting weekend when we entered the decathalon Black Friday clubs competition, we are delighted to say the community rallied around us and helped us come fifth out of the whole country, what an achievement for our little club! We are delighted with our prize of a fabulous hamper of lots of football goodies.

Academy news

What a great last morning we had at academy. We were blessed with the weather most weeks and had up to 50 little football players turn up every Saturday morning. We would like to say thanks to our coaches, especially our teenage helpers who give up their Saturday mornings every week to help out. A huge thanks to academy director Darren who ensures everyone has an enjoyable safe Saturday morning and the smiles on the kids faces each week say it all. The future is bright for Stamullen football club.

Special Thanks.

We would like to take this opportunity to say thanks, in what was such a challenging year, everyone in the club pulled together to keep soccer going for the kids. From colouring competitions and the skills challenges when we were in lockdown in march to everyone following covid guidelines to ensure that our kids still got to train and have something good to focus on.

We would like to give a huge thank all the coaches, committee, helpers, parents, friends of the club, the players, the sponsors and our amazing kit suppliers stitch it brand it who always go above and beyond to look after us and for everyone’s hard work, team work and dedication that have really showed such wonderful community spirit which embodies our club. Thank you also to Gormanston park and St Pats GC for providing us with training facilities.
