The liability of the publisher for any error or omission or delay for which it may be held legally responsible, shall in no event exceed the cost of the space paid for and occupied by such individual advertisement.
Oral agreements will not be binding on the publisher. Orders containing incorrect rate or conditions will be inserted and charged for in compliance with rates and conditions shown on this website. Such errors will be considered clerical only.
All advertising must be approved by the publisher. Publisher may require the word “advertisement” or “advertorial” to appear in any advertisement. Advertiser and his agency will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the publisher from any claim and all loss, expense or liability arising out of the publication of any advertising copy.
By placing an ad for publication in the Meath Coaster, you agree to payment in full for this service at the rate displayed for the relevant ad size and duration on this website. All ads must be paid in advance unless credit terms are agreed in writing by email. Ads cannot be refunded after the print deadline. Please pay as soon as possible.
In order to place an advertisement with the Meath Coaster you must be over 16 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. The Meath Coaster retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email.
When making a payment for an ad you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
The Meath Coaster reserves the right to implement the EU Late Payment legislation for advertisements not paid within 90 days and for these payments to be pursued by all legal options.
When you pay for an ad, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your advertisement. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the payment you made has been transferred and that the ad content is acceptable.
Law and Jurisdiction
A contract under these terms and conditions shall be governed by in accordance with the Irish Law.
Any disputes relating to a contract under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
